These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Loyal Companions Property Management tenant portal ("the Service") operated by Loyal Companions Property Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to tenants of properties managed by Loyal Companions Property Management. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. The Service allows you to:

  • View your lease details and payment schedule
  • Link a bank account and make rent payments via ACH
  • Set up automatic payments (autopay)
  • View your payment history

Payments

Payments are processed via ACH bank transfer through Stripe. ACH transfers typically take 3-5 business days to settle. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your linked bank account. Failed payments may result in late fees as specified in your lease agreement.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text message notifications from Loyal Companions Property Management regarding your rent payments and lease.

  • Program name: Loyal Companions Rent Reminders
  • Message types: Payment reminders, payment confirmations, overdue notices, and autopay alerts
  • Message frequency: Varies; typically 2-6 messages per month based on your payment schedule
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all text notifications
  • For help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at loyalcompanionspm@gmail.com or (401) 345-6161

Opting out of SMS will not affect email notifications or your obligations under your lease agreement. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Account Security

Access to the portal is via email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Do not share your login links with others.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any delays in payment processing, SMS delivery failures, or service interruptions. Your obligations under your lease agreement remain in effect regardless of the availability of this Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
